LoF Setting Inspiration?

I know this isn't 100% directly related to the Legacy of Fire, but I thought this might serve as inspiration for those who are playing the adventure path.

I recently had a port visit in Aqaba, Jordan, and had the opportunity to visit Petra. I've posted the pictures of my trip to my facebook photo album. You can see it by going here: Petra 2009
