Left a message with customer service, and no answer. My CC showed that I got billed twice for the same order. Was a pre-paid card, so nothing I can do now to get the money back. Is there any way to get a credit for the extra charge?
Just wanted to let you guys know, in case there was a glitch somewhere in the ordering system or something.

maybe you're seeing the authorization and the actual charge? If that's the case, the authorization should drop off after a few days...

I am showing for your order that an authorization was made 05/04/09 at 6:37PM, and then a charge was made 05/05/09 at 11:31AM. I also checked our financial database. It doesn't look like your were double charged. An authorization can, depending on the bank, appear as a transaction on your bank statement, but it should fade after a few days (amount of time before it fades depends on your bank). For more information on authorizations, please check our FAQ.

It was a pre-paid card, so was just wondering why it got debited twice. Probably nothing you can do from your end, so I'll just have to phone Mastercard and find out what was up with that. This is why I hate using pre-paid cards.
I guess Mastercard ate the -$12 that occured. Was just strange, because when I ordered some other stuff online, this never happened.
Thanks for your reply Alison :)
