Thats fine, but the amount of different opinions and suggestions means that there is no final word about this subject. Before I opened this thread I hoped there is some hint or infos hidden in the sourcebooks and I overlooked it, but it does not seem so. It seems that an answer to the question was never published. So for me the matter is unresolved and ended. Thanks to all for contributing to this (not really important but funny) thread.
For my money, there's some smarter comments in this thread than I've seen in books. Getting published is not everything.
