Okay, first: Please, the only people I'd like to respond to this is Allison and/or Cosmo. I've been skipped twice now.

Thank you immensely for including a replacement #20 in the next delivery. I've now changed my shipping option to UPS delivery. I still haven't received either 20 or 21.

This issue (compounded with other, unrelated, issues) almost has me at my limit.

While I appreciate everything that Paizo does, the quality of not just your work in your products, but the people and the amount of crap they have to deal with on a daily basis.. I can't help but get frustrated that the mail system has caused me, thus far, to lose ~20 per missing item. I don't make much, so $40 is a lot to me.

Please keep up the excellent work Paizo.

I will put replacements for #20 and #21 in with your #22 shipment, which will go via UPS Ground.
