What is you favorite attack/ability combo?
Mine is one that i created myself, it works only for the Duskblade classe of PhB2.
It becomes availiable to the duskblade at level 5, uses a greatsword, take 2 rounds to do and goes like this.
In the first round of combat the duskblade casts Blade of Blood and deals 5 dmg to himself(this will cause his next melee attack to deal 3d6 more damage, he can use the rest of that round for whatever. in the next round he moves in for attack and uses Arcane channeling to cast Shocking grasp through his greatsword attack, but before that he uses his quick cast ability to cast True Strike on himself(giving him a +20 bonus on his next attack roll). Now this attack will deal 10d6 total(3d6 for blade of blood, 5d6 for shocking grasp and 2d6 for the greatsword) with a +27 bonus on the attack roll.
If you are realy clever you take the sudden maximize feat. that way it will deal at least 35 damage every time.

I usually DM, so I'm a sucker for Quickened Spell-like effects, especially if they're also Maximized (no dice to roll, so it really IS quick!)!
I also like those attacks that help my allies and hurt my enemies, like Mass cure spells. (Or mass inflicts if NPCing undead!)
ESPECIALLY quickened maximized mass inflict cure critical wounds when undead are attacking the PCs!
Or the ever trusty True Strike + Power Attack + 2-handed weapon with a x3 crit. 3d12+123!!!!

I hate being paralyzed, with my mouth open, and then tipped over into raw sewage.
Because taste buds don't get paralyzed!

Rogue 1/Battle Sorcerer 5/Daggerspell Mage 10/Arcane Trickster 4 wielding two spell storing daggers, Maximize Spell, Practiced Spellcaster, Sudden Maximize, Weapon Finesse, and as many bonuses to the attack roll as can be stacked.
Two vampiric touch spells stored in the daggers, two Maximized vampiric touch spells as held charges (via Double Daggercast), flanking (for Sneak Attack on all melee attacks), and Daggerspell Flurry to cast a targeted spell (Sudden Maximized polar ray?) with Impromptu Sneak Attack. Minimum of four dagger attacks (each doing +6d6 Sneak Attack damage on a successful hit), four vampiric touch spells (assuming at least one attack with each weapon hits) for 60 hp each for the Maximized versions and 10d6 for the ones stored in the daggers (all of which are gained as temporary hp), and 120 + 6d6 points of cold damage. That's 12d6 (weapon Sneak Attack) + 120+20d6 (vampiric touch) + 120+6d6 (cold), assuming only one hit with each weapon and not counting any weapon damage or critical hits. For more damage, take Arcane Strike as well and burn a 9th level spell slot for +9 attack bonus and +9d4 damage with one weapon for that round (technically, since it's a free action, you could burn two 9th level spell slots in the same round, one for each dagger).
Nasty. Granted, you have to worry about creatures immune to Sneak Attacks, fortification, and SR.

Warlock with Eldritch Glaive, Repelling blast,Mortalbane feat,Combat Reflexes and Maximize spell like ability.
A full attack with a reach weapon that strikes as a touch attack, throws enemies back and does a load of d6's damage. Punish them when they approach to retaliate, even worse with hold the line since it becomes a charge breaker.

You can make a ranged attack with each meteor, if it hits they get no save vs fire damage and you can sneak attack.

Was always a fan of the "+5 Adamantine Holy Evil Outsider, Chaotic Outsider, Keen Scythe" that the ranger wielded in my Savage Tide game.
Vs. the demons later on, he was attacking like 5 times, seemingly rolling 20's on every round of combat.
as DM, stagger cast no-save spells are fantastic. a whole boatload of 3rd lvl wizards all tossing Magic Missile spells at high level adventurers never gets old. Or an energy transformation field keyed to cast Magic Missile; here's about 400d4 + a lot of damage to you. Hope you had Shield going.
