It's the right word for someone or something. And really, going for the 'Innsmouth taint' when you are on an island nation may not be the worst choice... I mean, venerating Shudde M'ell or Ithaqua would have just been silly.

But the tyrants have stopped referring to themselves as SLORC (State Law and Order Restoration Committee). Now that they are out of the running for the 'Next James Bond Villain Name' contest, they had to do something.
