Late delivery - order missing?

Hi. I've got three orders outstanding with Paizo (2 subscriptions, 1 normal) and I'm starting to get a bit concerned about the oldest of these.

1152372 was posted 31/3, and has yet to arrive. Concerned as I've already received stuff posted much later (10/4) by other US retailers and eBay sellers.

Hmm.. it is somewhat concerning that the later order has arrived. However, as counter-intuitive as it may seem, it actually doesn't really have any bearing on the arrival of the former order. Please keep me posted on it's arrival, and I will keep an eye out for it's return, but we're still premature to give up on it for lost.

Today I received an eBay order posted 24/4 in California, sent Flat Rate Envelope. The last Pathfinder product I received was the PF19 package - you are about to send 22 any time now.

Can we declare 1152372 as lost yet, given its been a month already in transit?

I'm happy to give 1160952 and 1133970 a while longer - but I'm confident issue 20 is most defintely MIA now.

Just received 1160952 and 1133970. Still no sign of 1152372 - now been in transit for over a month. PF21 is very nice, but I'd like to read PF20 first so it all makes a bit more sense.

Can I have a replacement please, in with PF22 would be great if that will help save you a bit on postage.

Our apologies for the delayed response! I have set a replacement to ship with your next subscription shipment. Unfortunately it's too late for it to go out with #22, but it will ship with #23.
