Just wanted to say as my group nears the end of Shadow in the Sky, for anyone just starting the AP, take you AP to a print shop and have them blow up the map of the Golden Goblin until the squares are 1"x1" so you can use it as a tactical map. There are just too many encounters in that damn place.
Or maybe someone here, or at paizo wants to take the map from the PDF and make a copy of it that would print at that scale and post it to board members?

Just get yourself a Paizo flip mat and use the blank side to draw out the Gold Goblin in sharpie. Then you can use dry erase to customize as things go on, but the sharpie will last the duration of the adventure. (For those who don't know - putting dry erase over the sharpie will let you erase both, restoring your flip mat to it's pristine condition for future adventures ;)
I know lead time on a product that comes out monthly is tough, but i do wish with things like the Gold Goblin that they simply issued a Casino flip mat that matched the goblin... It would be just as useful as the "waterfront tavern" or the "bar" flip mat with the added benefit of being perfect for us adventure path fetishists (is that even a word?).

I have been using a Paizo Flipmat for some time and love setting up for the next adventure by drawing things out with magic marker. I have a basic flipmat so both sides are blank. One side gets the upcoming map in sharpie the other side is left blank for random encounters and such. It's a golden formula. And, yes, dry erase markers do erase sharpie on the flipmats, but it takes a fair amount of ink. I have found that both rubber stamp cleaner and Acetone Free nail polish remover work even better. Warning: Acetone will damage your mat, it denatures plastics of all types. (Never tried it, but the Chemist in me weeps at the thought)
As a side note, I really have to have a talk with the cartographer for the Second Darkness AP. Although beautiful in concept, all of those circles have driven me batty enough that I've purchased a compass specifically made to hold markers... Silly cartographers. I must commend Paizo for designing their encounter maps to all fit on one standard issue flipmat. Words cannot describe how awesome that is!

I concure. We are about ready to take on Thorn's End and I am not looking forward to drawing out that tower so that it still looks awesome and my players don't laugh at my horrible drawing.
Too bad I don't have the cash to grab a projector...ah well one can dream.
