Having Issues with My Account

Hi there just want to change my payment options for my account and for some reason I am not being permitted. Any ideas?

To change your payment method on a non-subscription order (before it tries to ship), you will need to contact us Customer Service to supply the new CC#. If the credit card you wish to use were already on file with us, you could email us the last four digits and expiry date, and the order number. If the new credit card is not yet on file with us, the most secure way to do this (outside of setting up a dummy order through the website to put it on file) is to give me a call via the customer service phone line found the tiny print a the bottom of this page. Otherwise, if the order goes to ship and the payment method fails for any reason, an automated email will be sent to you containing links you can use to change the payment method.

Thanks Cosmo just submitted a new order. Question, will a new card effect my preorders?

No, not unless you specifically ask to have them changed. Please reply with the order numbers for any orders you would like changed ("all of them" is an acceptable answer), and an indication of what you wanted them changed to (either last 4 digits or an order number on which it is already being used).

I have changed the payment method for all of your pending preorders to the most recent payment method (including the one that's just been released and tried to ship today).
