How long it take to change from pending to shipping.
My last order is pending since 26/03/200. And when I can have the PDFs.

We have been unable to ship your order due to a problem with the payment method. You should have received an email with links you can use to change the payment method.

I have resent the email. Please ensure that emails from "customer.service@paizo.com" are able to reach your inbox and are not blocked by your spam filter.
