Once the adventure path was done, the party finally decided to act against the Arkonas. So they blundered in through the sea cave looking for evidence against them, only to have three rakshasas come down to investigate. The party immediately attacked, using spurious reasons to justify their actions, and let's just say that 3 15th level characters outclass 3 rakshasas. I then had Glorio and the rakshasa assassin that had been masquerading as Black Jack attack. Almost killed the party wizard with the assassin's death attack. However, once the flying barbarian arrived and got into it with Glorio, it was over pretty quickly. I did, however, not use Glorio's abilities as well as I could. The false Black Jack tried to get away but was beaten down by the monk. Of course, this was all the same evening as a party that the top members of the Order of the Nail were attending, so there ended up being a stand off with them.
When it was all said and done, they turned over the incriminating evidence about the Arkonas to Field Marshal Kroft. They also handed over the badly injured ersatz Black Jack and an uninjured, charmed rakshasa. I had the one eyed rakshasa and Vimanda leave rather than have to face Korvosan law. Vimanda's plan had been to replace Bahor and hopefully off the party, not have the incriminating evidence found and turned over to the authorities. I don't think she had much she could say on the matter, though I suppose she could deny knowing anything, since she's supposedly the cousin, Melyia. So I need to decide what to do with her.
Bahor and three other rakshasa are dead. Very dead. BTW, that feat that automatically causes a crit on a hit says it's a standard action to use, but that is very, very wrong. Way too powerful for a standard action.
Now what I really need to decide on is what to do with the other two rakshasas. Everyone in authority know they're rakshasa, and that the Arkona family had many, many criminal activities. While charmed, one of them admitted to criminal activities. The other one hasn't admitted to anything. Keeping them penned up is potentially dangerous, but I'm guessing between the Academie and church of Abadar, they should be able to come up with something to contain their magical abilities. But what would the law do with them?

Your campaign is over, right? In that case, the "law" depends on how you ended the campaign. Assuming it's about the same, these are petty criminals of a local crime family. They go to jail for a short while. Let Vimanda pop-up in your next campaign.
The adventure path is done, but the campaign is continuing. The players want to reach 20th level. Right now, despite her giving the rogue/wizard/arcane trickster in the group a serious hint that she's been able to keep tabs on them through his dagger (which was the snake, which died), he actually took the replacement when Vimanda offered it to him.
So, Vimanda is still around, and she's keeping tabs on the group. She did make one brief appearance and tried to charm the group's fighter, but it failed, so she retreated. They don't seem to have any idea it was her, because she appeared as a varisian. Why they didn't assume it was her is beyond me.I just need to figure out a direction for her. What is she going to do. There are other Arkonas back in Cheliax. Are they rakshasas? Also, the Arkonas are hardly petty criminals. They were THE criminals of Korvosa, wrapped up in a major noble family package. They controlled the Cerulean League, which controlled almost everything else.
Besides all of that, one member of the party has been tasked with persuing Ileosa to Cheliax to get the Crown of Fangs and turn it over to Zon-Kuthon. Another party member has been tasked with finding a powerful varisian wizardess who is currently wielding the sword of lust and returning it to the temple of Abadar in Magnimar. Both have gotten their orders from the two god's heralds directly.
Rolth is about to unleash a deadly necromantic plague in the countryside, intent on raising an army of plague-infected zombies. The party has alienated the Order of the Nail, been declared enemies of the Mantiss Assassins and also enemies of the state of Nidal. Now all I need to do is have the Shoanti find out about the party deceiving them through magic to become members of the Sklar-Qua, and they'll be enemies of the Shoanti too.
Good times.
