Hi all -
Someone was kind enough to make a calendar for the years 4707, 4708 and 4709. In so using the 4708 calendar, I used my Foxedit Pro to edit the PDF's by putting the dates.
The Tournament starts - according to the signed notice provided to the PC's - that they are signing the document on this Oathday the 14th of Ardous, 4708 AR.
Well in doing this I've come to find that the Oathday in Ardous is not the 14th but would either be the 11th or the 18th. The 14th is Sunday.
Of course I could be wrong in placing my dates, but I'd like some verification. Has anybody else actually done the 12 months, besides the one calendar that I found (it was fan made and referenced elsewhere).
I've uploaded the one I've modified for my upcoming SD game here:

I just want to know that I didn't do some whack-a-doodle mistake.
Thanks.

Hi all -
I did a google search and found this forum post
http://paizo.com/paizo/messageboards/paizoPublishing/pathfinder/general/arc hives/pathfinderCalendar&page=1
Here Fray and Lilith have designed a 4707 and 4708 calendar. I'm unsure where I got my 4709 calendar. I'm uploading it to my site after this post for you to get it if needed. However, the one that Fray-Lilith have done is a Whole Lot Awesome-er.
But going back to my original post - According to Fray-Lilith Calendar, 14th Ardous is Oathday in 4707 but it would either be 11 or 18 Oathday in 4708.
I am getting the 14 Oathday of Ardous 4708 from the Cheat the Devil sign in sheet that the PC's must sign.
So does this mean that either the date of the 14th is wrong or is the year supposed to be 4707.
Any thoughts?
I'll upload the 4709 calendar - to my site at www.golariononline.com/calendar4709.pdf. I'm unsure who originally designed these, so I can't give credit but if the person doesn't want it uploaded, I'll be quick to delete the online file.

Thank you for the upload. I got the calendar printing right now. Just in case the original designer wants you to take it down. I have the other calendars. It just makes it a little more realistic to be able to answer what month and what day is it? I appreciate all that everyone has created with the community.
Just my 2 cp.

During last nights chat.dmtools.org chat, Lilith said she'd make a new calendar for 4708-4709. This is based on the 4707-4708 Fray-Lilith calendar. It's sweet. That link from the other calendar should show those. She'll post the new calendar in the next day or so.
Now according to last nights chat, James Jacobs said that this type of thing is why they don't want to put start dates in the AP's. But from that there isn't a consensus as to what to do about the date. The AP's are supposed to take place in 4708. So I"m thinking that since it's the first one that I'm going to run, it'll take place in 4707 and thus allow me to run the other two in 4708.
Besides, making a 1 year adjustment is easier than either deciding on keeping it Oathday or changing the date a week earlier or later.
So for me the Cheat the Devil Tournament starts 14th Ardous 4707.
Be Well.

In the big scheme of things, it's your campaign. So if you change the date, or say it happens in Desnus or Arodus or Kuthona, or use a different day of the week, it doesn't really affect anything except the continuity within your own campaign. I know that I tried to keep a calendar of the events in RotR when I ran it, and tried to keep the month/date/day of the week stuff straight, and when I ended up being the only one who cared I stopped. It hasn't affected anything. Are your players looking at a calendar which conflicts with the flow of time within your world? If not, I think any solution is equally "easy" to deal with.
