Unholy Warrior's Handbook and the Demonic Template [Spoilers]

I'm finally getting ready to run my players through the Catacombs of Wrath. Taking a closer look at the Thaumaturge class from The Book of Fiends, I realized that for the monsters summoned by a thaumaturgeit references using a demonic template found in the Unholy Warrior's Handbook.

I know that I can use the fiendish [chaotic, evil] template, but I'd like to see what Green Ronin came up with for their template.

Does anyone know where I can get a PDF copy of the book or a legally-obtained version of the template? I am out at sea and would literally have to wait weeks to order a hard copy of the book, assuming I could even find one.

I don't think there is a PDF version.

The template is basically the fiendish template with Smite Good replaced by Smite Good or Law so the Demonic creature gets to Smite Devils too. It also gets Acid Resistance in addition to Cold and Fire.

Doesn't get Spell Resistance, but is Immune to Poison and Electricity.

They had similar ones for Devils and Daemons. Basically, it gives a little more precision and specificity to the Fiendish Template.

EDIT: It's definitely not at RPGnow, or at the Green Ronin site and I'm pretty sure they only did the Holy Warriors Handbook and Cavaliers Handbook as PDFs out of that series.

I had looked at the "usual suspect" PDF stores, but hadn't found it. Looks like I'll be missing out on that particular book.
