If I recall correctly the shirt offers a reroll once per game if worn (I'd rule carried counts were it a larger player, I hear the shirts go to XL).
I believe the shirts are still available on the Paizo store on this very site.
You should have a record of that with your chronicles. If you've lost them check your Pathfinder Society page, the link is fourth down on the left hand side, can't miss it.
Edit: Holy ravioli! Some of these shirts go to 4x!

I hope my Paizo-fu is worthy. Links to advertised shirts and others

I bought one t-shirt of each of the five factions, and wear a random one (except for Cheliax) each day I GM at a convention. I offer the first player of the faction of the t-shirt I'm wearing that day who finds themself in need, the free re-roll.
By doing this, I hope I'm promoting Paizo t-shirts among players who may not have heard of them, hopefully inspiring them to get online and order a faction t-shirt for themselves.

Too bad there's no polo shirts with the factions symbols since I usually don't wear t-shirts (too old and not in shape enough to wear them gracefully...)
Here's what you do if you game in Mesa. Grab a couple clothes pins, and pin it to your normal shirt. You forked over the cash to help support Paizo, you absolutely get the benefits for doing so.
Oh wait, I'm not supposed to GM anymore, my bad.
