So right now, the seneschal and trying to sort things out in Korvosa in my game. Unfortunately, Glorio Arkona wants to be the new king, and he has the support of several nobles (due to his various and sundry deals). He also has the support of the people, due to a dramatic appearance during the uprising against the queen (and the apparent support of Blackjack, who is actually a rakshasa who got his hands on Orisini's gear). Orisini is quite aggravate about the fake Blackjack and wants the party to help take him down. He also wants the party to sneak into the Arkona's house and see if they can find proof of their criminal activities to take them down.
The queen still has the Crown of Fangs and has fled back to her family holdings in Cheliax, contemplating her next move. The party is hot to get her. I'm actually somewhat uncertain what her next move should be.
The party has officially been declared enemies of the Church of Zon-Kuthon and the Red Mantis Assassins, so it's only a matter of time there. And Rolth still lives and is about to unleash some very bad things on Varisia. The party wants to hunt him down too.
Has anyone else had the queen escape? What did you have her do afterwards?
