NAW... its the aboliths that are controlling the editors that we'd find... and maybe someone would stumble on the planescape-esc portal to the REAL Golorian

That, and since we're not the only company in this building AND Paizo's not a big office to begin with, leading a group of 250 or so folks through the place would be disruptive to a lot more than just Paizo.
Maybe you guys should raffle off a tour or something to just a select few attendees? Proceeds to charity, etc.?

Although some areas are packed with toys and books, our office is otherwise relatively ordinary. Tours that have been given in the past usually last all of about 10 minutes...
Unless, of course, we take you down to the dungeon... um.. nevermind.

Well... those tour recipients most likely didn't bring nerf guns with them, now did they? or 10 large pizzas? or both!

Even if just 10 mins, I challenge you guys to put something together showing a Paizo office tour so all 250 of us can see it at PaizoCon. Let us see Erik Mona show up in drag and James Jacobs alone in his cubicle playing with the air pump toy that wiggles across the desk.
I know last time everyone read into this. Here we go again.

Aren't you guys planning on moving to a new office soon anyway? Not like this is a permanent base or anything for people to see.
Perhaps after your keep is built...
The move shortly after PaizoCon might be part of it. If the place is full of boxes and crates, it's not much to show off.

I've been down this road before, folks. It has nothing to do with numbers...there were no tours for PaizoCon I either.
As someone who is in their offices semi-regularly (and has seen their previous office space too), I'll tell you this: it's an office space. It has cubicles and private offices. True, there's some cool personalization of spaces, but that's the case in most offices.
But here's the thing:
It's the people IN the office that make Paizo a cool place to visit.
And you'll be getting those people of Paizo at PaizoCon. Out of their office, away from their desks, possibly with beverages of a tasty nature in their hands.
Pine for the fiords if you must, but accept that a tour simply isn't going to happen.

Joshua, since you guys are moving anyways... are you going to have one last game in the office and roleplay the fight using catsup, mustard, and jelly? I mean, really, who needs the security deposit back anyways...
Take pics and share with us afterwards.
:)

I accept Josh's statement that it isn't possible, but just the fact that they are "relatively ordinary" wouldn't stop me from buying quite a few raffle tickets for the opportunity, however brief.
For those wanting a handicam tour...
Assassination, Paizo Style.

When I was 20-21, I lived in a house that was getting demolished to make way for a parking lot for a new post office and we got paid to move out early. Knowing that the house was getting demolished made for a really fun and interesting moving party...or week of moving parties.

Video TOUR!!!! WOOOO yeah, and let's see a close up of those bookshelves...I want to compare my collection to yours...(course I sold off some of my 2nd edition stuff when I was laid-off...) Heh my 3rd edition stuff is a few thousand dollars worth, my Earthdawn FASA stuff is complete. and I have boxes upon boxes of other stuff...besides I saw multiple copies of some things on that shelf...

an ordinary office space? But ... but ... but ... there's a foozball table in there!
Having recently liberated myself from a corporate cubicle farm, I can tell ya from watching that Assassination, Paizo Style clip, that ain't no ordinary office space.
I think upper management at my old gig would have had their heads explode with unbridled fury and whatnot if someone set up a foozball table amongst the cubicles.
*Edit: the folks in charge would probably not have appreciated the minions talking about gaming through the day as well. Not that it ever stopped us from doing so ... :)
