About Sha'ir and plot

Legacy of Fire

Hi all,

So would a sha'ir fit nicely or would it create too much noise in the adventure path? Flavor wise it looks like a perfect fit but I still have my doubts.

Thanks

The Exchange

I was talking a lot about this on another thread. Don't have the link at this time. I decided that it works pretty good as a prestige class. but strait it doesn't transfer over very well. But that was just my feel on it. Others might have a different point of view.

I worked up a conversion based on the PFRPG sorcerer over in the Return Of The Shair thread and will likely be offering one in my campaign.

I'd rather use it as a base class or an class option to try to mantain ye olde Al-Qadin feel, but that just me.

That looks nice, thanks Erian! I was playing around with de Dragon Compendium version of the sha'ir trying to paizofy anda this tread sure came in handy.

The one thing I will certainly chance is the janni binding. I love the feel of the old version when you had to scream in a desert and bargaing with the called genie for help.
