Customer Service threads are handled from the bottom up on this forum, so that older issues are handled before newer ones. So your original request should be seen before this reposting. That said, I've found that emailing or calling is also a quick way to resolve any issues, just be sure to mention these threads so they can mark them as handled when you reach them through other means.
