It seems that when I reinstated my subscription after having it suspended, the hold option was changed from "monthly shipment" to "never hold anything". I've changed it back now, could you please hold this shipment to ship with the rest of the items that are supposed to go out this month?

Oh yeah.. I probably forgot to mention that in your reinstated notification email. It does that.
(Evidently, it's time to update my form letter...)
I have moved the order back into your sidecart, and this should make it sit and wait for the monthly shipment. However, this particular part of the system is kinda willful, and it is possible that it will ship itself regardless. If this happens, just let me know and I will make sure that you don't get double hit with the shipping.
