Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber

Has anyone fleshed out wormcrawl fissure. The adventure suggests a horrible creature lives in the southern lake and that Brazzemal's lair is no longer unoccupied.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Dragon #276 has an article detailing several monsters found in the fissure. It's 3.0, but I don't think there's much trouble converting to 3.5.
