Paizo Products for Purchase

PaizoCon General Discussion

Liberty's Edge

Just wondering if Paizo will have a booth like you did at Gen Con selling your wonderful products at paizocon? I hope so! If so I need to save more money for all of the goodness you bring! Good chance of unloading some stuff out of your warehouse before the big move also!
Cheers
Zoo

We will have something set up at PAIZOCON for sales. I have no details to share yet.

Well, duh.
Paizo is a publishing company, they live from the books they sell.
If they were not selling them, they wouldn't be able to make more.
So obviously a convention is the perfect opportunity to sell their products, directly to their core customers.
;)

We'll have some of our consignment folks there as well as dice and other accessories, too, I imagine.

Really? Are you sure? Who are these people? (glances suspiciously at gentleman sitting opposite me on the tram).

I only asked because at the first Paizocon they did not sell anything and yes I do know what the goals of Paizo are, Thanks!

Josh, thanks for taking time to answer my question!

You make a good point SirUza. Oh, wait ... look over there! (hides in plain sight)

I already have all the ones I'm interested in. No sub because I can't read them at the rate of one a month. And I like to support local, independent bookstores for things which wouldn't get me a free pdf.

Support Paizo! *cracks whip* How many other times are you going to be able to buy from them like this?

The Exchange

Bring the coins. The metal shiny coins. I will buy them for sure.

Are you going to have faction shirts for sale???

Paizo Employee CEO

We will bring pretty much everything that we make. We wouldn't want anybody to miss out on something that they have wanted to buy. The nice thing is that if we sell out, it is a 5 minute drive to the office to pick up more. :) So everyone should be able to get what they want!

Noting officially has been announced, but I will be there. Let the mind wander what I'll be doing...and selling.

If I purchase something by the end of May in your sale, could I forego the shipping and just pick it up at the con?

Unfortunately, no. We don't have a system in place for live pick-ups.

So could I give you cash and a shopping list on friday and get stuff later that weekend (and save ~50$ on shipping/handling for 3 books)...?

EDIT: hmm, after reading your last post more accurately, probably not :(

We'll have a good assortment of items in the sales area for sale and if sales are brisk we can restock from the warehouse if we need to. We can't take custom orders, however. We just don't have a system in place for that.

The Exchange

But will the special shiny coins from Australia be there.....precious?

Liberty's Edge

Will you be bringing back issues of Dragon and Dungeon Mags? I just noticed I am missing some Dungeon Mags, the one's with the Savage Tide series, and it would save me some money on shipping to purchase in person at the con. Just wondering?
Thanks,
Zoo

We will not have back issues there.

This would be most welcome.

We will have a selection of faction shirts available for sale. They'll be in their packaging ... so if you don't mind horribly wrinkled shirts, you'll be able to wear them at the show. :-)

It's another word for shackles...you know, like "slap 'em in irons."

I have no clue what shackles have to do with T-Shirts, though...

If we dont have enough irons, will we have to ration them out? So THAT is where iron rations come from...

But Seriously, this is what i have learned...
