This seemed as good a place as any to post this.
When I return home from my years abroad (that is what I like to refer to my time in Iraq as, though I know that the term abroad really isn't apropriate) I look forward to supporting a local game store. We all understand why this is important and belaboring that old point is not what this post is about. I am torn because Paizo is the single largest gaming dollars black hole I have and the deals I get from them directly is making it so that the game shops can't compete. It is three kinds of awesome that I get a free PDF of every book when I get them through subscription. Especially given my current location, these PDFs have enabled me to keep up with all the Pathfinder coolness. But I want to support my local game store. Game stores are the cornerstone of our hobby. Like I said, I am torn.
