First of all, what is this 'First World' that gets mentioned in Queen Syntira's writeup on page 22? It sounds like something important to the Golarion setting, but this hint is all we get.
Also, just what is a fey 'Eternal Monarch'? Have any others been described? Heck, for that matter, has there beebn any word on who or what the Ice Queen (the behind-the-scenes enemy in Carnival of Tears) is? Or must we wait for a Pathfinder Guide to the Fey of Golarion?
Thanks for any help.

The First World is the mysterious realm from which the fey come. Think of it as a "rough draft" of Golarion, or possibly even the Material Plane. We haven't said much more about it yet, though. Nor have we said much more about Eternal Monarchs, yet.

I assumed that Ice Queen referred to Queen Elvannia of Irrisen, which has a very strong evil fey and winter association. While Witch Queen probably more properly refers to her mother, Baba Yaga, it seems an appropriate title for her too. It was cold fey that assisted in the establishment of that country, and people from that country can take the Fey Foundling feat at first level. So unless we hear otherwise, I think its a safe assumption.

Hi, sorry for posting in this message but after all the books about fey that came out, there is still no info about the eleven Eternals Monarchs of the fey.
Can we have a little more info about it? As I bought all the fey relatives book and don't have a clue about them yet.
there are quite a lot of elements that were never picked up from the 3.5 days. i would say stuff like that is fair game for GMs to do whatever they want with

So what is it? It's a fortress. Its "natives" are completely immune to attrition while on it, it can be reshaped to the need, it's been specially modded to have the fey not banished while on it. They use the time to make the Tane, the only strike team in the multiverse immune to banisment (thanks to planar adaptation)
In other words, it's another plane (the mirror of the shadow plane) completely and utterly terraformed by the fey as a foothold for an interplanar conquest. The name is an alarm to all remaining life on the other planes: it's only the First.
