There are a couple of ways to do this proactively.
If there is no change to the card number, then you can just email the old expy date, new expy date, and last four digits to customer.service@paizo.com.
If we do not have the card number already, you will need to call me at he Customer Service line (at the bottom of the page), and I can take the number over the phone.
