issue number 17 of the module subscription still shows pending.....i know a couple of weeks or so ago i needed to update my debit card info and thought that would take care of it and even ordered some stuff at that time which came...still no issue 17...now i show issue 18 is already in the mail and issue 17 is still pending.......oops....i guess i needed to email you guys or something? sorry about that...do i need to go back and order 17 or will it just show up a little bit later? sorry it took so long for me to realize there was a problem....between computers at the moment :(

I apologize for the delayed volume! The system is supposed to automatically re-process the order when you go in and change/update the payment method. However, sometimes (and this is one of those times), it fails to do so and no one is notified so it just sits there until someone goes in and manually reprocesses it. This is a known issue and we are working on fixing it. The point is: You did everything right.
I have reprocessed the order, and we will get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.
