Good Evening,

I just received this shipment and there is a problem with the hardcover Delta Green hardcover book. The binding is almost entirely ripped away from the main portion of the book in back.

Please advise on how this should be returned for a new copy

I apologize for the damaged book! We try to catch them before they leave the warehouse, but sometimes one will slip through.

To return it, just send it back to us ATTN: Store Returns. Please include a brief note that includes the original order number and whether you would like a replacement, store credit, or a credit to the originating card. Upon receipt, I will process the return according to your instructions and credit the return shipping to your Paizo account.

I just cjhecked the status of this and it seems you credited the wrong amount to my account. I returned the hardcover Delta Green Campaign Setting, but you credited me for the softcover Delta green novel.

Could you please check this and correct it?

Also, how do I use a credit when going to pay for an item?

Hi, Chris, I responded to your email.

As to using the store credit, it should show up on the Payment Method page in the shopping cart checkout process.
