Adding Items to "Complete Book of Experimental Might" Preorder

as mentioned here I would like to add a few items to my preorder - shipping costs to Europe are high and the book seems to be delayed for some more weeks.

Could you please add the items currently in my shopping cart to my preorder? According to Vic it should be still possible to do so.
