My Account Status states that the package shipped on Dec. 31, with the 4-8 day shipping option. I have not received the package yet. Any idea on how to track it? Thanks.

Your order is mostly likely just slightly delayed, and should be showing up anytime now. If you still have not seen it by the end of next week, please let me know then.
