I just received my shipment for order #1110340. Unfortunately, the holiday discount was not applied to this order, despite being noted in the "promotions applied" field. Only the 15% off for Pathfinder Advantage and the shipping discount were applied. I'm willing to accept store credit (to be applied to the next subscription order) in lieu of a refund of the overcharge.

The holiday09 discount was not properly applied to and discounted from most orders. Therefore, we have recalculated and reprocessed all the orders with the discount. For orders which had already shipped, we credited the overcharge back to the originating card. In order to ensure that we didn't miss anyone, we had to reprocess and credit all of the orders at the same time and in the same way (i.e. credited back to the card, as opposed to store credit).
