Somebody, anybody. I now have 4 $36.00 overdrafts thanks to this which I expect to be repaid... I canceled all of my subscriptions at the end of june beginning of july somewhere in there over the phone, and I am really getting pissed off with Paizo for doing this to me on Christmas.
We're out of the office until Monday, but we'll look into it then.
However, I can tell you that we haven't yet shipped any subscription shipments in December (except for people that just signed up for subscriptions this month).

The charge fell off of my account. Please make sure that it doesn't show back up on Monday. I still have the overdrafts that I'm going to talk to my bank about on Monday. If I can get them resolved and the charges don't show back up then everything is good as far as I'm concerned.
It appears that your subscriptions were suspended back in June, rather than canceled.
Apparently, two of your suspended subscriptions, the Modules and Companion subscriptions, became unsuspended in October, which explains why you had those tags by your name. Order 979186 was comprised of items from these two subscriptions since October. I'm not able to determine exactly what caused these subscriptions to become unsuspended yet, but we are looking into that.
However I want you to know that, pursuant to your expressed wishes here in this thread, I have gone in and canceled all of your subscriptions, so this will not occur again. I really am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I had called in 2 or 3 days after I had them suspended,and canceled the subscriptions. My bank withdrew the Overdraft fees. I have since been buying from my local game store since the subscriptions pop up on the most inconvenient days, and my bank charges me for pending transactions. Thanks for resolving this issue, and I hope you guy's have an excellent 2009.
