Questions on Order #1086950

So, I meant to use the Season's Greetings promotion on this order but, since I entered the wrong payment info and had to choose a different card, it must have cleared out the holiday promotion code because I don't see the 10% discount on this order.

Therefore, my questions are two-fold:

1.) Can I get the promotional discount added to this order?

and

2.)If adding the discount brings the total below $100, do I still get the $10 off shipping? Or do I need to add another item to bring it back up over $100 again (which I have no problem doing)?
