What's up w / Order # 1070617?

So the original order date was November 14. I am pretty sure (though admittedly not 100%) that when I completed the order it had said 9 to 16 business days to ship out, though now it says 10 to 17. Even so, it's at about 21 I think.

I saw the charge for the order submitted to my card last Friday. It shows as of this morning that it actually posted to my account yesterday. Currently the order status still just shows "Pending" though?

The main wrinkle of course is that I need to make sure the plushy Cthulhu part of the order gets here by when I leave for home for Xmas (the morning of the 23rd). If this order isn't being shipped out today, is it at all practicable to break this part of the order off and ship it separately asap?

I apologize for the delayed shipment. Your order was waiting for the Cthulhu Plush, which has not arrived. I was able to get everything else shipped out today, but we have not yet received your Cthulhu Plush from our distributor. We will ship that to you as soon as possible.
