Well, given the differences in hit dice, I don't think that the woodchuck would get to chuck very much treant.

Not if it was an enlarged celestial dire woodchuck with bull’s strength, mage armor and stone skin cast on it, then the woodchuck would be chucking treant limbs all over the place.

Except that if it is attacking a treant, it probibly is not "Celestial" . . . but "Fiendish" should still work. :)
