So im not much of a GM/world builder type so im looking for something that lends itself to the following theme.
Something pulpy. Detectives, rocketmen, archeologist, early non super powered super heroes mixed with a Lovecraftian New England mixed with maybe a hollow earth lost world Jules Verne sort of thing mixed with rockets to mars and venus ERB sort of thing, a Tarzan type africa, mummys and curses in egypt, lost civilizations, cannibals...etc...
Is there a pre-existing setting that fits this bill?

First thing that comes to mind is Exile Game's Hollow Earth Expedition.
Seems it would fit the bill pretty closely.
