Sorry to bother you but i'm a little confused. This order has the AP volume in it but not my new Chronicles or Module subscriptions. These don't appear in my order history at all but they are listed as pending in my subscriptions. Shouldn't these be sent at the same time or am i being daft :)

Combined shipping has not been selected for your subscription, so rather than going into your sidecart these items stayed in a separate order. So we have processed your Pathfinder Adventure Path order but have not yet processed your other subscription order.

To set up combined shipping, click on "My Subscriptions" at the top of the page. There is a radio button there, click on the shipping option you want.
