Your order did ship out on Oct 24th and should have arrived in about 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 16th business day from the date of shipment, so it is definitely late but not quite so late that we should give up on it yet.
If you still have not seen it by the beginning of next week, let me know and I will set you up with a replacement at that time.
