Hey there CS guys. :)
My issue with this order isn't related to the finances (which will, of course, be sorted out in due time), but its this. The order has both items I've already been sent (and arrived) and new items. I just want to check that I'm not about to be charged for those items I've already gotten again!
The items on this order that I've already got are:
PF 14
PF 15
Gods and Magic
Elves of Golarion
LB1
LB2
Hungry are the Dead (D4)
The items on this order that are pending are:
PF 16
Into the Darklands
The Pact Stone Pyramids

These items will not be reshipped.
This is a bug that occurred on about 60 or so orders that caused the Pathfinder #16 to show up on an order with already-shipped products and mistakenly send failed payment method emails.
We are working to sort this out and we have identified all of the orders affected. You (and anyone else so affected) can disregard the failed payment notice, and should expect a new order on Monday (or at least before it ships).
I apologize for the mix-up.
