Magic Items in CoCT Missing from PFRPG?

Curse of the Crimson Throne

I've been noting down values and CLs of the magic in CoCT so I don't have to go scramble when the players want to Identify the goodies, and cannot find several items in the Beta book. Are these being called something different and I'm just totally missing them? Here's the list:

Seven Days
Flask of Curses
Headband of Intellect +2
Periapt of Wisdom +2

Escape from Old Korvosa
Amulet of Health (+2 and +4)
Gloves of Dexterity +2
Cloak of Charisma +2
Gauntlets of Ogre Power

History of Ashes
Amulet of Health +2
Cloak of Charisma +2
Elixer of Shadewalking
Gloves of Dexterity +2

Skeletons of Scarwall
Shadow Essence
Soul Jar
Gauntlets of Ogre Power

Crown of Fangs
Amulet of Health +4
Gloves of Dexterity (+2, +4, +6)
Headband of Intellect +4

Oh, and yes, I know I can find them in DMG 3.5, but I could not find these anywhere on the random roll lists, so they seem to be gone from the game :)

Thanks!

Not sure about the others, but all of the ability boosts have been folded into belts or headbands. So you're looking at:
Belt of Giant Strength p. 367
Belt of Incredible Dexterity p. 367
Belt of Mighty Constitution p. 368
Headband of Alluring Charisma p. 377
Headband of Inspired Wisdom p. 377
Headband of Vast Intelligence p. 378.

Hope that helps!

It does :) I thought that might be the case, but wasn't totally sure ... and since my husband is a player in my campaign, I can't ask him like I normally would ::chuckle::

Now to figure out where the rest of them went or what they're called now.

The question of the stat-boosting items is answered upstream. The flak of curses is a cursed item, and it's not yet in the Beta; cursed items are in a PDF that's coming soon. The elixir of shadwealking is a new magic item that was invented for that adventure and isn't in the DMG, therefore is also not in the Beta. The soul jar isn't even really a magic item as much as it is just something that night hags use to carry souls in; it also wasn't in the DMG and was invented for the adventure. I'm not sure where the "shadow essence" you're talking about is from at all, though, which makes me think it's not a magic item but some sort of flavor text something like a soul jar...

Shadow Essence comes from the orcs guarding the entrance to Scarwall, under their combat gear.

Also, Amulets of Health and Gauntlets of Ogre Power, what have they changed into? Or are the Amulets the con bonus items ... need to read the descriptions again, methinks. But the Gauntlets are stumping me.

Both are physical stat boosters and so will be belts under the Pathfinder system.

I think Shadow Essence is a poison. Can't recall a reference, though.

EDIT: Shadow Essence is a poison. Detailed on page 393 of the Beta.

Thankee! Now I can finish my prepping notes :)

::smacks forehead:: Of course, now that you mention that, I see the sidebar on the item in the adventure. Thanks for the info :)
