I just got my subscriptions in the mail yesterday.

I know it is through no fault of yours, but the package was soaked in motor oil - a slimy sticky mess. The contents were ruined. Is there anything you can do on your end to help me out? I know the fault was the post office's but obviously they won't accept any blame or replace the items.

Please let me know, if you cannot replace them, I'll understand.
