If I bought Pathfinder Module D4: Hungry Are the Dead (OGL) Print Edition and I'm suscriber of Pathfinder Modules why I don't have the PDF copy?

The free PDFs come with the shipment of items which are spawned from a subscription. Therefore, when you purchase items directly through the store, such as you have done with Module D4, then they do not come with the free PDF.
Your subscription was automatically canceled on October 1 due to chronic inactivity since January of this year. It was reactivated on October 29 due to your email at that time regarding Pathfinder #14 & #15. The subscription copies of Hungry are the Dead shipped out in October, while your subscription was canceled. Now that your subscriptions have been reinstated, your subscription shipments (and corresponding free PDFs) will resume with next month's volumes.
I will go ahead and grant the PDF for this module, but all of your future PDFs will need to come through the subscription. To avoid getting your subscriptions canceled in the future, I encourage you periodically check your My Subscriptions page to ensure that your address and payment method are current. You will also need to make sure that emails from customer.service@paizo.com make it through any junkmail filters and are able to reach your inbox.
