Andor and / or Andoria and / or Andoran and / or Andorra

Anyone know where the names Andor in both the Wheel of Time and Star Trek uses, Andoria from Star Trek and Golarion's Andoran came from and if these are in any way related to the real world's Andorra or the words and and or? I noticed these apparent similarities and I'm somewhat curious.

Andorra is a country in between Spain and France. It's super small!

Smart ass.

I was asking about the origin of the names.

Scarab Sages

I was thinking about this recently when reading WoT. I think it is just a case of a "regal" sounding combination of simple sounds "an" and "dor", both of which are pretty basic.

The wanted a name that sounded fantasy-like and/or realistic... thus, "and/or --> Andor."

I wish that smart asses around here got a little more respect. Humph! You won't see me give my two pence anymore.
