Pathfinder Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

Can someone from customer service please let me know why the shipping time on my order seems a bit odd (33 - 66 days?).

I did preorder an item, but I also specified that the items should ship as they become available.

One of the books on your order went on backorder. I have moved this book onto a separate order and we've shipped the remainder.
