I bought my copy of the "Pathfinder Campaign Setting" at my FLGS some time ago, and have been gradually reading through it. It's a quality product all around, but today I noticed that pages 193 - 208 and pages 209 - 224 have been reversed in the book.
My question, before I take it back to my FLGS for a replacement, is this: is this a widespread error, or something that has only hit my copy? After all, if it is the same in every copy, I'll not bother heading back for a replacement.

This is most certainly an individual printer error.
The bundles of pages you refer to are called signatures. If you look closely at the binding of the side of the book, you will see that the book is made up of a number of these signatures. It sounds like those two signatures were swapped in your book.
This is very much NOT a widespread issue and I'm sure that your FLGS will have a good copy to exchange for you. If you have any problems exchanging it with them, let me know.

FYI:
I took the book back yesterday, and got a replacement without any uss. The owner of my FLGS even checked the new copy just to make sure it was fine. So, that's sorted.
