Sorry to have to report this, but I think customs may have been rougher with this product shipment than necessary. I received my PF #14 earlier this week and noticed that the binding was damaged. It wasn't too bad at first, but the pages have begun to pull away from the binding and are starting to fall out of the book. If at all possible, I'd like to get a replacement, and it could be shipped with PF #15 to save on costs. Thank you for listening.
