I have my subscriptions set to "Hold subscription items for monthly shipment", but Pathfinder #14 was sent to me by itself before the other items I believe are coming out later this month. Is this a one-time mistake, or did my preference not go through properly or something?

This was a one-time mistake. A small number of people who have their subscriptions holding for one monthly shipment were mistakenly shipped Pathfinder #14 by itself. I have credited the shipping and handling fee for this shipment back to the originating card.
