Hey Guys-
Any chance you could expedite my new Order #981453?

My last order (#987069) I never received, and I’ve been waiting for nearly two months (still not re-shipped).

I don't mind so much waiting for the last order (hopefully It should get shipped soon) --- However, I would definitely like to avoid waiting any excess period of time for my new order (Order #981453).

Please let me know what you can do to expedite the new order.

(Man.. I answered this post yesterday. Darn post-eating Messageboard Bug! Grr.)

Your order, #981453, is set to ship from our warehouse in 5 to 11 business days. This is the time it takes to bring all of the items into our warehouse from distribution, so this time cannot be mitigated. There is an estimate on the product description of each item in the store for how long before it will usually ship from our warehouse. When you place an order, it will take the longest estimate of all the items because your order will not ship until all the items are in.

As for order 987069, I apologize for the delay. We set you up to get replacements with your next subscription shipment back in September. Unfortunately (and what we didn't know at the time), Pathfinder #14 was detained in Customs and delayed until this month. So your replacements are still waiting for your next subscription shipment, which will happen next week.
