Galvan Ironhorns |

I'm posting early because I have to work tonight and won't be able to access the map from there.
Seeing that Eulaugolg could be in trouble soon, Galvan circles around the interposing guard I12 to crash into the guards I8, I9 and cut off their approach.
Galvan does a double move J15,K14-9, to J9 then spends an Action Point to hack at both guards.
Passing Attack (Encounter)Primary Target: Guard at I9 Attack: d20+7= 10 (*argh!*) Hit: 2d6 + 4= 8 damage, and shift 1 square. Make a secondary attack.
Secondary Target: Guard at I8 Secondary Attack: d20+9+1= 18 Hit: 2d6 + 4= 11 damage.

Grahsvein's bolt hits the guard, knocking him off the rock, and sending him crashing to the ground below, where he does not get up.
Graz's bow sings out like the piper,
and everyone stays in fear of this neighborhood sniper
She drops the guard.
The final two guards throw down thier weapons. They drop to thier knees and begin blubbering, "Please! Spare our lives! We are only simple farmers earning a weekend pay! We have families!" If one looks into the carts, the halflings are gone. Make a Perception check anyone looking into the cart. Combat is over, anyone can act.

Elaugolg Kenafin |

"Heh heh, you groveling sycophants. Perhaps we will allow you to continue on with your pitiable existences. Then again," he says with a malicious grin, "perhaps we won't."
He then draws his sickle, his eyes darting about the area more than usual as he moves towards the begging guards.
Moving out into the main road, Perception: 1d20-1=15
Edit: Didn't notice that the Perception check was only for those looking in the cart. Might as well keep it up.

Rumblefish |

Anyone looking into the carts finds 2 platinum, 54 gold, 7 silver, 3 copper, and an assortment of goods. These include buttons, silk, carpets, furs, books, cutlery, spices, baskets, pots, pans, planks of wood, tools, empty backpacks, sacks, instruments, glass, traveler's cloaks, wide-brim hats, pikes, waterskins, etc.
Elaugolg:
Looking into the carts you find nothing unusual, except the goods described above. Looking down the road, you see nothing of interest, except plumes of smoke rising from house of a town in the distance.

Elaugolg Kenafin |

Elaugolg walks up to Graz, and tells him, in a voice low enough that the prisoners can't hear, "Now, Graz, we can't kill them yet. We need them to get us into the town. Two deaths now, or many deaths later. Your choice, Graz."
So, who wants to convince the guards to drive us back?

Rumblefish |

Sorry guys, you are torturing my NPC's by standing there and deciding thier fate. DM's powers begin...
Grahsvien takes the initiative and steps forward, killing one of the guards. He looks at the other. "You. Lead us to the village. Now."
The quavering human silently walks to one cart, mounts, and awaits further command.

Oops, sorry.
Grasvein glares at the human, climbing into the cart and sitting directly behind the guard.

Alright, one cart it is.
"Okay" mutters the guard, and sets the horses forward. He attempts to start conversations throughout the trip* but stops after constant smacking in the back of the head. The day progresses, and by nightfall, you are about half a mile from the town.
*such as "So, you guys from out of town?" or "Hey, I know a great diner down the street.."

Rumblefish |

The party reaches the front gates of the town. The guards are chatting amiably, and barely notice as the cart passes, until one glances over...
"Hey! It's Billy! How is everything buddy?"
"Oh... you know. Goin' well."
"Yeah, really? What you got in the cart?"
"Ahem... some... uh.. food. From the farms farther out. Look,I'm in a hurry so.." Bluff=13
"No problem, but you should stop by my house some time before you leave, you know, remember the good ol' days."Insight=1
"yeah.. sure. I'll see you."
After this exchange, and you procede down the main road of the village, 'Billy' looks back into the cart. "Hey.. uh.. what should I do now?" Meanwhile, Graz has found an old map of the town in one of the boxes of the cart.
Will post map ASAP

Grahsvein Uzakyn |

Graene whispers to the others, "We can't kill him, someone would find the body."
He says to the guard, "Leave. I'd get out of town if I were you. Do not come back, or tell anyone, or a curse shall be brought on you so that you shall never find peace, even after you are long dead. LEAVE!" His eyes glow blue for a moment.
Intimidate check 1d20+3=23
And just so you know I'm not making it up, here's the link.

Elaugolg Kenafin |

"Well, it's a tad close to the barracks, and we won't have surprise for long. But, let the guards come. Let the fools awaken. They shall all be cut down.
Hey, the Six Monks Bar! We better not have to fight Tallis and co., though. He's been almost killed enough already.

The town is a rectangle in shape. Inside of the gate immediately to the left; travelers village beyond that is the six monks bar past that is the barracks and then a blacksmith. To the right is the village market then the town well next is the town’s church. At the end of the single path leading from the front gate is the mayors manor.
"let start slaughter at guard shack the rest be easy catch" Notches two arrows and looks for the nearest guard.

Is there a prison anywhere? My plan is, we set all the prisoners free there, to spread chaos. Then, we go and start killing random villagers. Eventually, the guards will be too confused to create a reasoned defense.
You guys are just AMAZING players.
The jail is next to the barracks, as seen by the small writing, "bad people" next to it. You guys can see that you are right outside of the Six Monks Bar.

Galvan Ironhorns |

"If we're lookin' for more panic 'n chaos ta cause, I'm goin' over ta tha well ta cut tha rope and dump tha buckets inside. I'm thinkin' a fire on tha other side a' town will be a big distraction while tha jail break is on. 'Specially when they can't get no water ta fight tha fire. Anybody wanna go with?"
Galvan looks to grab some extra torches from the gate guard post before heading out.

Elaugolg Kenafin |

"Sure, I'll come along. Better than just sitting here and talking, in any case. Hey, before we go, can I borrow a torch? I didn't bring one, and since we're going to be setting things on fire..."
So, me and Ironhorns go disable the well, we set, for example, the traveler's village on fire, guards go to extinguish the fire, we go get the prisoners out to cause more havoc, then, looting or something.
