I know "Cildren of the void" should arrive to Paizo's werehouse in the next few days, but about a month ago I got an email saying I'll get the PDF in a week (I'm subscribed). Simple math will tell you that more than a week has past since, and Iv'e got nothing. not even an email confiming me that there has been a delay but I'll still get my product. so what's up? when will I get it? what about the PDF?

You didn't get an email? I certainly did - that's how I knew about the customs issue, in fact. (Haven't checked out the thread.) Are you sure you didn't delete it accidentally, or have it wind up in a spam folder or something?
If not, them I'm sure it's a glitch of some kind. Paizo definitely made an effort to keep us in the loop.

I didn't get the email, and I know that because I checked my accont every five minutes in the last month... but it's a relief to know that there was a glitch, my trust in paizo is restored!
just one thing... what's a custom? I'm not a native english speaker, so I don't know...

But whey wasn't I notified? whey didn't I at least recive the PDF to cover up for the delay? I think this is the first time the wonderfull folks at Paizo ever disappointed me with bad castumer service :(
An email was sent out to all subscribers on or around the 15th of September. might want to make sure the customer service email (found in the legalese on the bottom of this page) goes to your inbox and not your junk mail folder.

Oh. In this situation, it's government inspection, to check for smuggling/tax evasion/terrorists/etc.
maybe they are afraid that there is a hidden device in the magzines, designed to call an astroid down to reign destraction on amrica and bring a new age of darkness under the iron rule of the Dark Elves :)
