So I was reading through the timeline in the Campaign Setting, and noticed a similarity in a name here and one of the names of a resident of Sandpoint. Observe:
23 First Siege of Absalom—Warlord Voradni Voon’s illplanned
siege fails catastrophically.
Its sole proprietor, Vorvashali Voon, an exotic-looking character with bright blue eyes, long red hair, and almost bronze-colored skin...
I wonder if Vorvashali could be a distant descendant of the Warlord Voradni, or if it is just happenstance?
Harrison, Henry, and Gerald-Rudolff aren't related, either.
I'd say it's happenstance. For all we know, Voon's a very common name on Golarion. Cry out "Voon, you bastard" in a tavern in Absalom, and you have a lynch-mob on your heels, comprised of people you just personally offended.
Nothing in Golarion is happenstance.
