Part 2 of order # 987162 lost in transit?

Hi there,

I am sorry to have to start another thread in this part of the message boards. :(

The above mentioned order was shipped in two packages.


  • Package #1 (PF Campaign Setting, Crimson Throne Mapfolio, and PF #12) arrived.

  • Package #2 (containing PF #13 and PF Companion: 2nd Darkness) didn't arrive.

For comparision:
Order #987162 - part 1 (shipped on Aug 4) did arrive
Order #1031389 (shipped on Aug 26) did arrive
Order #1039178 (shipped on Sep 2) did arrive (yesterday).

I fear that the second package got lost in transit.

The first part of the order already arrived two or three weeks ago.
Later orders also arrived already.
The shipment already occured more than 1.5 months ago.

For this reason I kindly ask you to send a replacement package containing
- Pathfinder #13 and
- Pathfinder Companion: Second Darkness.

I will put replacements in with your next subscription shipment. Despite the fact that the more-recent orders have arrived, this shipment could still show up at anytime. Therefore, if it should show up, let me know and I will cancel the replacements.
